These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 988wiu platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing and using 988wiu, you confirm your acceptance of these terms in full.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account that prevents the Player from accessing the Platform for a specified or indefinite period. |

3.1 By registering an Account on the Platform, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

Minors are strictly prohibited from using this Platform. 988wiu employs age verification measures and will close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum eligible age. All funds in such accounts will be returned to the deposit source after applicable verification, less any bonuses received.
4.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. You must notify 988wiu immediately if your circumstances change such that any condition is no longer met.
4.3 Pakistan-Specific Notice: Users based in Pakistan are responsible for satisfying themselves that their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable Pakistani federal and provincial laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 988wiu does not hold any Pakistani government licence or approval. 5.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being permanently suspended and all associated funds being forfeited.
5.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to:
5.3 You must not register using false, misleading or fictitious information. 988wiu reserves the right to close any Account and void all associated transactions where inaccurate information has been provided.
5.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 988wiu will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
5.5 You must notify 988wiu promptly via the Help Centre or support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
6.1 988wiu is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") and anti-money laundering ("AML") checks in accordance with applicable international standards. These checks are designed to confirm your identity, verify your age and protect against financial crime.
6.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
6.3 KYC verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any time 988wiu deems it necessary. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.4 Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal facilities.
Submit your KYC documents early to avoid delays when you request a withdrawal. The process is straightforward — have a clear CNIC photo and a recent bank statement or utility bill ready.
7.1 To place bets or play casino games on 988wiu, you must first deposit funds into your Account. All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
7.2 Available deposit methods are those listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of your transaction. Payment method names referenced in our marketing materials (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are used as familiar local payment context only. None of these payment providers endorse, partner with, or authorise gambling transactions on 988wiu. Always check the live cashier for currently supported methods.
7.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account that is held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 988wiu reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third party and to suspend the associated Account.
7.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and account tier. 988wiu reserves the right to amend deposit limits at its discretion.
7.5 988wiu does not guarantee specific deposit processing times, as these depend on the payment method and the policies of the relevant payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable period, contact support with the transaction reference.
7.6 Funds deposited on the Platform are held for the purpose of betting and gaming only. Deposits are not investments and do not earn interest.
8.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. 988wiu will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts.
8.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with AML procedures. If this is not practicable, alternative methods may be considered at 988wiu's discretion following satisfactory documentation.
8.3 Only Real Money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
8.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. 988wiu reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments.
8.5 Processing times vary by payment method. 988wiu will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee specific timelines, as external payment processors are outside our direct control.
8.6 988wiu reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks before approving any withdrawal. This may extend processing time. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
Complete your KYC verification before you need to withdraw. This avoids any delay in processing your request. You can submit documents through the Account settings or by contacting support.
9.1 988wiu may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. Players should read the specific promotion terms before opting in.
9.2 General bonus terms that apply unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

9.4 988wiu reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering has commenced, changes will not affect the in-progress bonus unless required by law or to prevent abuse.

10.1 Bets accepted on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, market and game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
10.2 988wiu reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its absolute discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where:

10.4 Live / in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time at 988wiu's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided. Decisions on in-play markets are final once the relevant event settles.
10.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the records held by 988wiu shall be the authoritative source of information, subject to the complaints process outlined in these Terms.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
11.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, 988wiu reserves the right to void all bets and transactions involved, close the Account permanently and retain any funds associated with the prohibited activity as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
12.1 988wiu may suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
12.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any Real Money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds and pending withdrawals) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding security checks.
12.3 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 988wiu support team. Closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling measure will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.

14.3 The 988wiu name, logo and all associated marks are the intellectual property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wiu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
15.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 988wiu does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical interruptions.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 988wiu's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988wiu is licensed and/or incorporated, to the extent such jurisdiction is disclosed on the Platform.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant operating jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are available and invoked by either party.
16.3 Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their participation. 988wiu does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Determining legal compliance is the User's sole responsibility. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
17.1 988wiu reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided — typically via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address.
17.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
17.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

18.2 For Account-specific queries, have your registered email address and Account username available. 988wiu support staff will never ask for your password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including support agents.
18.3 Complaints relating to Platform decisions (bet settlement, Account suspension, withdrawal delays) should be submitted in writing to the support email above, with full details of the matter and any relevant transaction references. 988wiu will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly.
